Live copilot for calls
The call ends. The commitments should not.
Aligned sits in on the call with a playbook you choose and your own documents attached, then turns what was agreed into a summary, a follow-up draft and tasks in your backlog.
Small teams do not fail at making games. They fail in the seam between deciding and tracking. Built by a lead level designer who spent two decades shipping God of War titles at Sony Santa Monica, for the small studios that never get a producer.
Three lanes, while you are still talking
The copilot listens to the call — your microphone, plus tab or window audio for a call in the browser — and streams cues into three lanes. You read the ones you want and ignore the rest.
Answer
Someone asked you something. The copilot answers from a document you attached or a meeting you already had, and shows you the source.
Suggest
Nobody asked. This is the move the playbook says is worth making next, while there is still time to make it.
Watch
The adversarial voice. It fires when you over-promise, when an objection went unhandled, or when you have been talking for too long.
- Answerheard on the call
“What engine are you on, and how far is the vertical slice?”
Unreal 5.4. The vertical slice has been playable since the March milestone: one boss encounter, two traversal set-pieces, placeholder audio.

They have circled back to scope twice. Offer the cut line you agreed internally before they have to ask a third time.
- Watchheard on the call
“We can definitely have that in your hands by August.”
Your own schedule puts the slice in September. That is a date you cannot hold yet — soften it or make it conditional.
Playbooks
A playbook is the brief the copilot follows: who it is on this call, what the call is for, and what it should argue with you about. Three ship with Aligned.
Aligned sales call
salesThe playbook we run on our own sales calls: what the call is for, the objections we actually hear, and the watch rules that stop us over-promising.
Game publisher pitch
pitchThe beats a publisher expects from a pitch, the numbers worth having ready, and a watch rule on every date you commit to out loud.
VC screening call
vcThe rubric a screening call is scored against, written as objectives and watch rules, so you hear the question behind the question.
Write your own
A playbook is four things and no code: the persona the copilot adopts, the objectives for the call, the watch rules it argues with you about, and the keywords that should wake it up.
Bring your documents
Attach the design doc, the milestone review, the deck, the pricing sheet. The Answer lane quotes them back with a citation chip, so you can see where a fact came from before you repeat it out loud. Your past meetings count as knowledge too.

After the call
The part that used to be your evening.
A summary shaped by the playbook
On a sales call that means the outcome, the objections raised, the commitments made in both directions, and the next steps — not a wall of transcript.
A follow-up email draft
Written from what was actually said, so the send is an edit rather than a blank page at the end of a long day.
Tasks in your backlog
The things you agreed to do become work items where your team already tracks work, with the reasoning attached.
A pre-call brief next time
When you meet the same counterpart again, the copilot opens with what you promised them, what they pushed on, and what is still unanswered.
Everything is a draft until you approve it. Nothing is sent and nothing touches your project silently.
Why not a generic overlay
A general-purpose listener can put words on your screen. Four things make this different.
Your playbook, not a generic prompt
You write the persona, the objectives and the watch rules for this kind of call. A pitch and a screening call are not the same conversation and should not get the same advice.
Answers you can check
A cue in the Answer lane carries a citation to the document or the past meeting it came from. If there is no source, it does not claim to be a fact.
Memory that compounds
Each call leaves behind a summary and a counterpart record, so the next conversation starts from what already happened instead of from nothing.
The work after the call is the point
A transcript is a record. A summary, a follow-up draft and tasks in the backlog are the job that was going to eat your evening.
Early access, honestly
Aligned is in early access, and this page describes what the live copilot does today: browser calls, using your microphone plus tab or window audio, with the three lanes, your own documents, and the after-the-call drafts. Playbooks get written as teams ask for them. If your studio needs one that does not exist yet, tell us and we will write it with you.
Take a producer into your next call.
The instant backlog needs no account and takes about a minute. If it does not feel like getting a teammate back, close the tab.
